Hepatitis B immunization vs. Tapazole?

I received the 3rd Hep B immunization (my second series) to left Deltoid on 7-2-08 and on 7-11-08 experienced neck pain that radiated down left shoulder.  The pain then extended to sternal area and left chest which was diagnosed as postviral pericarditis.  Also had elevated WBC (14,000) and low grade temp, never exceeding 100.0, for approximately 10 wks. along with left sided tongue pain and left sided throat pain.  The chest pain has resolved, but the neck pain, left shoulder blade pain and left upper arm pain (deltoid region) continues.  I have had an extensive workup including Echo which was essentially normal (which now brings doubt to the dx of pericarditis), CT of chest, CT of neck, CXR, and extensive lab work.  I have been seen by infectious disease, rheumatology, ENT, oncology and no one is able to figure out what this is.  In the last 2 wks. my WBC count has returned to normal, but the pain continues.

Could the Hepatitis B immunization cause these symptoms or the Tapazole that I have been on for approximately 10 yrs?  I independently stopped Tapazole and Synthroid 10 days ago and have been afebrile, although I do still remain on Ecotrin which was prescribed for anti-inflammatory effects.  The aspirin was Rx due to my history of 'allergy' with NSAIDS (produced symptoms like something was stuck in my throat, thick tongue feeling and ear pain).  I also wonder if the injection could have caused a neuritis that is causing these symptoms.

Pretty desperate to figure this out and any ideas would be greatly appreciated - Thank you!
