No its very healthy actually. Its a good sign ur body is practicing for the big day.
Sounds like braxton hicks. It definitely feels like baby balls up in one spot and will not move until the contraction is over.
That may actually be braxton hicks contractions. They felt like the baby balling up for me and I have heard other woman say the same.
