Your Baby’s Firsts

Every Baby is Unique

Every Baby is Unique

Just as no two babies look alike, every baby develops on her own timeline. Try not to stress out if your baby isn’t reaching these milestones at these ages, even if older siblings did things sooner. Babies mature at their own pace, and there is a wide range of “normal.” Still, trust your instincts. If something doesn’t feel right, bring it up with baby’s doctor. Your pediatrician can check for developmental delays.
