NICE JOB on the food diary, Peek! I'd never thought of the tortilla for breakfast and plan to try that soon! I've also got a salmon burger in the freezer I forgot about .. and your journal jarred my memory. Think the diversity of everyone's entries is really gonna help broaden the options for everyone.
