Families who work out together, get fit together! Boost your family’s health and lower stress levels with these fun workouts that will get the whole gang moving.
Have a karaoke dance party. Does your little girl love to sing Demi Lovato songs? Have her belt out her favorite tune while the whole family dances.
Make a game out of chores. Pretend that the vacuum cleaner is an evil dragon and if they don’t remove their clothes from the ground he’ll eat them right up. After their clothes are picked up, pretend the ground is lava and they must jump onto their beds for safety!
Commercial break? Get moving. While waiting for the show to come back on, challenge your kids to do as many push-ups, sit-ups or jumping jacks as they can.
Take an after-dinner stroll. After you eat, make it a habit to take a walk. This is a great time to continue any conversations you started at dinner while bumping up your heart rate!
Go for a weekend hike. Hiking is a great way to spend time with the family, burn calories and teach your kids about nature.
