Boost Your Berry Intake

Nature’s wonder-fruit has done it again. Adding to the growing body of literature on berries’ brain benefits, a study published in the April 2012 journal Annals of Neurology showed that blueberries and strawberries, which are high in plant chemicals called flavonoids, appear to reduce cognitive decline in older adults.
