You know eating fish is good for your heart and brain — it's great for your skin too! Salmon, tuna and sardines contain omega-3 fatty acids which, like monounsaturated fats, keep skin moist and reduce inflammation. Omega-3 fatty acids have also been shown to keep skin soft and smooth and can help reduce the appearance of cellulite.
