had baby appointment today with one of the nurse practitioners (love her!). i got in after waiting not even 2 mintues, and got undressed, then waited only 2 more mintues to be seen. guess everything has been right on schedule today which is great for me! she measured my belly, checked Britton's heartbeat. (Britton hates this and always readjusts herself) everything looks/sounds good. then she tells me shes going to swab for the group b strep test. hopefulyy it will be negative and it'll be one less thing to worry about during L&D. then she checked my cervix (last week it was very hard and high). she said again that the baby is very low. (which i already knew from all the pelvic pain i've been having) but then she said that my cervix is very soft! and that im dialated about a centimeter. woo! thats so exciting for me lol. i know it'll probably still be weeks until shes here but im just excited to see things are moving along shes in a good  position, shes sitting low, and im starting to get ready for her so im really in a good mood. i had almost a symptomless pregnancy day (other than the fatness haha) which was really relaxing, hopefully tomorrow will be easy too, then i'll be back to work on thursday and back to all the pain this pregnancy has to offer. lol.

yupp, thats about it lol. is been so nice relaxing today. the pelvic pain is pretty much gone right now, im hoping it stays this way. but i know once i go back to work later this week its just going to get worse and worse :( oh and im 35 weeks today and have my doctors appointment tomorrow! :)

35 weeks tomorrow. worked 12- 7 today. then came home and took a bath. ever since i got in the tub the baby had been restless, been awake for what seems like 2 hours now. is this normal?

my belly is shrinking! lol. Britton has definately dropped. its crazy. the pain in my pelvis is staying bareable but i know its only going to get worse as she grows. owwies. even rolling over in ben is painful. but the nurse said im not dialating or anything so i dont need to worry yet about going into labor. next appointment is on tuesday! it seems so soon but im excited to see if any progress is being made down there with all this discomfort im having.
i did sooo much stuff today. atleast it really feels that way. i was sooo tired and sisnt get to take a nap until 5! lets see
i went and got my oil/filter changed in the car at 10 since my maintence light came on yesterday. after that i went to pizza hut for lunch with DH and a work friend with his wife at 1130. dropped DH off at work at 1230, then went right to walmart. went there to look at nusing bras and some cheap nighties for the hospital stay. there ended up being only like 3 bras to choose from :( but i did get a gown for $4. got maxi pads (overnights with wings) 2 big packs, hopefully i'll use them but i doubt it lol. better safe then sorry. got some new socks since i only have like 5 pairs now lol. and some new undies so i can use all my old ones for hospital and recovery. got nursing pads and cream. THEN! i went to target and got just a few things. oxiclean baby, orajel, some aniseptic spray for "down there" after delivey. THEN! i went to babies r us and got a sleep positioner, and some disposible diaper bag things (scented so i can just throw diapers in with regular trash). i was hoping to get one of those little mesh laundry bags for her socks and mittens and stuff so they dont get mixed up and lost but i couldn't find one anywhere. but she will probably have her things washed seperately for the first month or 2 anyways just incase her skin is sensitive to dyes and stuff. i feel like i have everything i need now. except for my nursing bras, which i have no idea where i'll go now. all her things are washed and set up, just have to move the bassinet into our room and we are ready for her. :) oh and we still have like $400 in gift cards for target, walmart, and babies r us lol.. i guess ill just save them for diapers, wipes, and more sheets if i need them :) just need to wait for DH's aunt to send us the travel system and breast pump (i hope).
