Congratulations! Time for a celebration...be sure to post us some pics. I believe dogs are angels with fur put here to show us what we could be if only we let go of all the negative emotions. Then we would be forgiving, joyful, giving, and all of a dog's other wonderful traits. Boy that was a mouth full;0) enjoy your new family member. terry

Great!! You're now over the physical addiction part, a huge hurdle. Now you only have to deal with the psychological part. Not easy, but you can do it. I'm rooting for you. ess

Congratulations! Time for a celebration...soon. It has been 3 months for me. I know your pain and I am there with you. But you can do it!!!!!! One day sometimes one minute at a time. Now when the docs ask do you smoke, I say not yet. I am sure you understand. If you need to talk I am here. We can help each other. Stay strong and remember not one puff ever or you are addicted again. But if you do flub up, dust off your pants and start again. I will be your cheer-leading section. terry

Just do this cold turkey thing one day at a time - I did, and you can too. There just has to be the right motivation and/or incentive. keep it up!!! - Lulu

Having been freed from that terribly addictive and messy habit many years ago myself, by the grace of God, I will pray that you succeed as well.
