Yeah, I know The Villages well. It's just around the corner from me. Still cold today, but looking up for tomorrow. Can't wait till the weekend when it's supposed to be in the 70's. Oh --- heavenly warmth!!!

Sorry, I just got a chance to respond. I'm in Central - not far from Ocala. Yep, freezing my butt off too......... I can't believe how long this has lasted. We've been here for 17 yrs and never seen it this cold for so long. Stay warm.......

My surgeon said he doesn't "do" drain tubes, so no on that one. I did use vicodin in the hospital, day 1 home and then for 2-3 nights so I could sleep at night. Then I stopped because well...I needed to have a BM and the vocidin slows everything down. :) After that I just used ice packs. Lumpy only rears his ugly head if I sleep curled up like a cat. Most days I'm pretty much just a lady with a red line on her neck, which its easy enough to cover right now :) How are you feeling? How did everything go?

Hope you feel better soon! You are now one of the whole, we're like of one mind and stuff! Juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust kidding! I hope all went well with your surgery. I have not been on, so I'm sorry I have not written. I got caught up in a family genealogy project and was lost in it, which was a nice change of pace. Lots of hugs to you and Lumpy is proud to have a sibling!
