Thanks for the comment.  I'm not worried about carbs, it is simply the Sugar, Salt and all flour white and wheat, plus manufactured foods.

I actually found a link that kind of details what I chose on my own.  It is kind of nice to see someone put some logic behind it, because I don;t understand it.
