Hope you feel better soon! Hello, don't be discourage everything will be okay this just the beginning. You are right you are healthy and can do this with out depression pills . I walk a lil more and don't eat unless i really feel hungry and sometimes i just drink green tea or chew on gum or maybe eat on some fruit (bananas, apple or applesauce, popcycle, pears, grapes or strawberries and more etc.) or even drink water/ flavor water with the to go packs flavors.
