i saw your "status" dear. just wanna say that, even though it may not seem like it, its days like that where its the best time to weigh yourself. just b/c if you do gain, it will motivate you BUT if you suprise yourself and actually loose weight, you'll feel so good about yourself and then you'll be even more motivated to do better next time! just a thought :)

i'm back! I know i was m.i.a. for a bit there but I am back (with a gain) but back nonetheless. you should just reevaluate your goals like I just did and reset your time limit. I know you can do it :)

haha yeah elipticals are good at doin that!! i do it light with the cross ramp up to 6 and resistance at 2 so i can stay on it for 30 mins w/o dying....  i feel like a weiney when i see everyone else doin 10/10!!! geez! lol keep up the good work!

Thanks for the continued encouragement. Like you said---don't let the numbers (from the new scale) get to you. Just do your best and measure all the other gains (clothes fit, increasing activity tolerance) you make until the #s on the scale "catch up" with your progress!! Even on the NEW scale you're down 4+ lbs, right? That's nothing to sneeze at! I'm licking my wounds over a 4lb GAIN!

I love my digital scales for the same reason -  minemeasure in .2 and .4 and .6 etc but a change is a change lol. x

Hi Im glad it's going ok for you, my weight is staying the same at the moment, but I haven't been going to the gym though like I used to but Im going to try & go more often next week has this week I have been working every single day then I have been picking my niece up from school,stright after work . but I have been eating weight watchers food though & plenty of fruit. take care speaksoon Emma x x

I've had success on WW in the past, too. I lost about 60 pounds with them many years ago but then got careless and ate junk. I also wasn't exercising AT ALL at the time so I gained it back. I see Tigerlilly record points on her chart, too, so I don't know if she's used the program in the past. I haven't been coming to MedHelp as much either. My Dad has been having 3, 4, even 5 medical appointments per week lately & it's a 2 hour trip in (due to traffic)/1 hour trip home...so I haven't had time or energy for food prep, recording food, etc.. I do have to get back on track, though. I rounded up a bunch of friends to go skydiving in Apr/May/Jun and I won't be able to do it if I don't get down to at LEAST 165 and preferably 150 or less. .

Good luck hun you will do well has you will have alot more support  with your WW support group every week.  & they have a great choice off food , has I eat the WW food but I dont go to the group but I have been once to the group about 4 years ago & I loss with them . x
