Just a quick note to say hi!
Hi Michelle I's very much appreciate your input on my situation, I'v had panic attacks for around 3 - 5 yrs when I was a teenager and then they disappeared. recently I'v had one at the presence of a Dr whos heard me complain of palpitations. I'm an athlete and exercise regularly although I'v noticed a lot that I cant perform cardio exercises like normal people do due to shortness of breath even while eating. So Dr recommended visiting a cardiologist and so I did. it turns out I have 1600 PVCs, Dr told me that in 24 hours I'v pressed the holter button 29 times and that I need a stress test to fully evaluate my issue as the echo didn't show anything.
Can you please advise
Hello Maam, I have PVC as said by doctor and also a sudden need to gasp for air. Today while exercising I felt my heart pounding. This sensation started after I joined a gym. Is there any help you can offer to me? Please

Michelle -- Do you have any thoughts on my findings on my trip to OSU Med Ctr? (I posted on the message board). I have found your advice invaluable over the years. You always seem to have a way of sorting things out. I am right in the middle of all and stressing out over deciding on a procedure. I'd appreciate any thoughts you have. Thanks, DD
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. Ive struggled trying to find people who understand and your posts brought me to tears because i can so deeply relate to this all. If we could somehow get in touch it would be greatly appreciated. Stay strong and God bless!

Hi, I'm Jay, my fathers son. Thank you for helping my father as much as possible it helped us save my life!
Hello Michelle. First time visiting your page. Thought I would say HELLO. Noticed you have Arrhythmias mentioned on your page. That is my next battle after they figure out what's going on with my lower abdomen. I have NOT addressed Arrythmia with them yet. I have had issues with my heart since I was 15. As I got older it seemed to get worse. Several years ago I had a bad spell that encouraged me to revisit the situation. End result, NO caffeine. I have been caffeine free for several years now with the exception of a little chocolate every now and then. The spells have calmed down quite a bit. However, I know this is something I am going to have to face one day. A little frightening. I have always tried to control it with my breathing when it acts up.
Hope you and yours are doing well.
hi. I went in for ablation but they couldn't do it due to putting a sheath into the artery instead of the vein. So would of been too risky to carry on. So feeling abit dissapointed but also very glad they stopped. Right leg aches alot but least i'm home to chill now. Hope u r well.x
Hello Michelle. Hope you are well. I have my ablation on friday and i am feeling very nervous. How did you feel when you got closer to yours?
Thank you for everything!
Just a quick note to say hi!
I tried to answer your questions in the forum you posted to me but the web gods have not been kind to me today. Maybe tomorrow they will smile.
Hi Michelle just thought I would keep you updated, I had my ablation on wednesday the 23rd, my gosh why was I so scared, I slept for the good majority, only awoke during the SVT they induced, but i glanced around wondering what the hell was happening and the doctor reassured me i was ok, then back to sleep. Feels great to be off the Bisoprolol and Flecainide, fingers crossed all will be well and I will be in the 95% that this ablation works for. Day one, two and three i had a few ectopics, my heart still goes quick at times, but so far so good. Thank you for your kind responses.
Hi just to thank you for accepting my invite and i update you on my progress. I have seen my EP yestd and had holter report from him. My junctional tachycardia not seen but still have a variety of all other nitty gritty arrhythmias. I am satisfied for now but will contin watch till few mths down the road. As he said we are in the early days post op and I have rather complex history....thanks again Michelle!
Hi Michelle, still finding my way round this forum. Just noticed your note..thanks for your good wishes. I'm doing well and keeping positive. Thanks for your support:)
Thank you for remembering. I am sooooo nervous. Just took a .25 baby dose of zanax. Hope it settles the butterflies that keep flying up to my heart giving me pacs! :D
Oh my, I cant believe we are finally here.
I love this forum so much. As soon as I am coherent and hubby can give me my iphone I will get on here and post that I am still alive.
I have had doubts and then made a list of all my svt attacks that were memorable and noteworthy. There were 13 very bad ones that I should have (but didn't) go to ER since I am cheap. $$
They were so bad I almost passed out and several were ones while driving. Cant have that!
They almost took my D license away... :(
Talk to you on the other side of my ablation....
Prayers are appreciated from anyone....
So, I finally had my appointment w/ a cardiologist today (after being put on the 30 day monitor in Jan!). Turns out I have Morbitz I heart block which is not a big deal right now but it may progress to type II over time which would require treatment. Apparently they also found that I have a long qt interval. I started a low dose SSRI a few weeks ago so it may be due to that, but they dont know, so that needs to be monitored. Glad nothing requiring immediate treatment or very serious was found.
Hey, thanks so much for the support you have given me in the heart rhythm community - I really appreciate it.
