I'm doing pretty good. I have finally hit 60 days I can't believe it. Like you It's hard to get that morning pill out of my head. But we will make it. It's a choice every morning, And we are making the right one. Have a good work out.

Just a quick note to say hi! Love the animals!!! Nice to see someone else that is ruled by providing total comfort for the well being of the animals!!!! Since i inherited an 18 lb. cat (big boy not fat) i have become his full time staff. The dog is snoozing on the couch. Will be nice to reconnect with them again. I do believe they can be theraputic.
