Just to give you an idea of how much it means to me ...I had for some time ( until the daybefore) considered not waiting for the grim reaper and going to him a little earlier! You mention plenty of exercise and low salt, for your success! How much exactly is 'reduced' salt! I stay off chips and spicy pickles and MSG stuff and do quite a bit of my cooking! Where I earlier put in 2 teaspoons of table salt for 2pounds of beef, I now put about 1 teaspoon! Sometimes I 'cheat' and add 1.5 teasp! Is that OK? ?? I do eat a lot of salads.
I really would like an answer on the salt part .... And once again thank U for replying!
