Hi my name is desiree and im new here...i just read from your previous post that you do hsg...can i ask you a question? my Ob prescribed a cytotec before my hsg cause the first hsg was unsuccesful, doc said that my cervix was closed so catheter could not go in...do you have any case like this... is cytotec ok to use? im just so apprehensive about using this med...please help me...thank you

Thanks for the info. Since they did the HSG on cd11 and i got my LH surge(positive OPK) the next night cd12 indicating Ovulation there should be no problem if we bd on cd12, 13 & 14 correct?

Hi, i have a question for you...hope you don't mind. I had my HSG done on cd11 and then the next day i did a OPK test just to see (in case) and it was positive...I don't usually ovulate that early...could it have been brought on by the HSG tes? And is it dangerous that we started trying right away the next day after the HSG test? Hope to hear back from you soon. :) Thanks.

Just a quick note to say hi! Things are okay...In the 2ww but not excited at all... all af signs once again its bad when the disappoinment stop phasing you...The holidays were nice I had to work 12 hours on Thanksgiving but did lots of shopping the next day! Keep in touch! God Bless!

Just a quick note to say hi! I was out running just got home to get the message from re's office and my progesterone came in at 18.7 yesterday re's nurse said that is great? I took a hpt this morning not really expecting anything but just to be sure that trigger was out of my system and it is - so I know the next + I see will be the real thing. I am totally symptomless at this point but I know it's still early...I truly appreciate you checking in on us! :-)

Just a quick note to say hi! No testing needed...spotting very lightly today...we are going back to what worked for us when we first started this journey...we are going to try clomind and Ovidril since our $ is low and the insurance will not cover anymore injectable drugs...I will keep u posted... I love the Steelere (Jerome Bettis) and I went to the same High school here in Detroit :)

Thanks -- we had the IUI this morning with 202 million swimmers at 92% motility which is our best numbers yet so we'll see. I haven't been on too much lately so I wasn't really posting. How have you been doing. I have been thinking of you lately -- hope all is well

Hello Felicia, I don't know if you still remember me but I would like to say hi to you and see how is going with your baby's plan. I went through with IVF on April and I had my ET on 5/7, on Thursday I go for my beta wish me luck dear. i went thru 4 IUI's and my Re wanted me to stop waisting mytime and my money and go to IVF which I did. let me know what is going with you I hope you got your BFP and if you are still planning I hope you will get it very soon. SSBD to you my dear.

Thank you for explaining the HSG process to me. It was definitely helpful. I told DH to get ready because we were going to really focus on ttc as this is a good time.....just had the HSG Tuesday so prayerfully, within 6 months we will get our BFP!

Hi there,
I was reading aprevious posting where you stated you performed hsg test.......is it safe to ttc the same month as the hsg? Does the dye remain in your system for a long time?
Any info you cna provide is greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you had all the discomfort. We'll just have to hope this one works :) I honestly don't know where I am at in my cycle. My cycles have always been a little off. I had the miscarriage on 2/18 and had bleeding for about 1 week. I have not started a period yet. I know it can take up to 8 weeks. I am hoping to start one soon so that we can get ready and do IUI's again. We are supposed to call him once I start a period in April.

I am so glad that you got your HSG scheduled. It is good to do that to make sure all is well. When I had mine done, they found a uterine polyp that I had surgery to remove in October. I will cross my fingers for you that all goes well. I also send you a message.

Yes I am in the 2ww...cd 21 and 5dpiui and totally symptomless and having all af symtoms...I get chills and very cold about a wk before she comes and I turned my heat up on 80 yesterday and have on pj's today...the tender bbs and all have dissappered so all I can do is pray and wait...congrats on the appt I hope all goes well and keep me posted I will be testing 2/3 or so if I get symptoms if not I will wait until after af is due...
