ha ha. The game wack a mole is so much easier than reality! I saw these wire 'full proof' ones in the burpee catalogue that I may try this year. We haven't mowed the back yard yet this season. I am hoping the mower will go over the mounds already there. Sigh. I might buy dynamite.

Thank you for everything! There are many people that will go in and out of your life but only a few that will leave a permanent impact . All these years later i still think about u from time to time. I still am so grateful that u were there thru my recovery n sobriety n recovery again n sobriety. Lol. Rarely do we get it right the first time. Soooooo looooooooong ago you would stay up for hours chatting with me , keeping me going forward. I think I'd hibernate all winter if I were expecting that kind of weather! I live in a house of boys . . . husband included . . . I often have to pretend I am excited about games on the tv just to fit in. Football and politics don't go together, right? Have a lovely mole free day!

Hey Sara...your description of feeling like an 'orphan' was helpful to me. Although my Dad is still alive, he has never been involved in my life, so really, I only had my Mother. I imagine I will 'really' feel like an orphan once my Dad passes though. Was reading your comments in the Relationship section. You're so great (and funny!!). Yes, for sure a strain on a relationship when someone is critically ill, but also it can strengthen the bond...which I am happy that happened for you, and it has happened in R in I's case as well. Thank God! Now, I need to go tell him I love him!!! :) Love and hugs to you, my friend. ♥
