I am very disappointed over your relapse!
You were always so articulate and supportive on this forum.
However, the fact that you cleared at some point DOES bode well for future treatment. You now really do have a better chance of SVR. And you will get there! It's just a matter of time....

I dont want to belabor the point, but I wanted to let you know how much your post last Friday affected me. By the number of heartfelt responses, I am apparently not alone.
You managed to articulate the many emotional and practical challenges that most of us face while on treatment and the difficult decisions that often accompany them. I admire that.
Perhaps most importantly, you have helped me face my upcoming 12 week results with better knowledge to make an enlightened decision with a treatment that has an ever changing protocol as it it spins towards an eventual cure.
I wish you sincerely all my best and I thank you for your contributions. Robert.

Hi Marc,
It's so nice to have found this website for support. I have a friend who did the treatment and was done a year ago and is cured so she kinda is my mentor in all this. I did not know her when she was going through the tx though. So it's great to chat with other people doing the same thing I am.
Glad you are clear. That's big relief, isn't it? Just wondering why you are on treatment for 72 weeks? I thought the treatment was for a year..

Thank you for your input! Have you gotten your newest blood work results yet? I hope the virus is gone for you. You are 1/2 through and that's great.

Thanks for your input on the injection (fat) issue. It's always good to hear the experience of others. Best of luck to you in your 52nd week of TX!!

Marc, 44 of 72 WOW! Always the ones in the back ground… keep on rolling dude. It sounds like you have the right attitude and spirit to just keep on rolling to the end of the journey.

Thank you for everything! hi thanks for the reply about me and junk food. very reasonable on the topic. i guess i will try harder to adjust my diet better. sometimes it seems like there is nothing to eat, so i just eat a bunch of processed carbohydrates and junk food just to satisy hunger.

Nice post Marc re sx's and the medical profession. My greatest stress through tx has been the level of empathy, care, and information from them. You opened up a great discussion. Hope you're doing okay.. I'm on shot 12 tomorrow WOW - didn't think I'd get this far...

Just wanted to let you know I can relate. If you ever want to talk, you know where to find me. I could not agree more. I felt all alone with my 48 weeks of H** . I was not prepared and informed that it could paralyze me mentally and physically. My doc did say you may have to miss work some....but I lost my job and almost my life. I am so happy for SVR and 2 yrs later trying every day to get stronger. One day at a time for me. :)
Thanks for your post..it is so true for some people.
