I am on my way tomorrow to Cleveland to see an e.p. doctor. I am going to the all elite Cleveland Clinic. Wish me luck! and keep me in your prayers!!!! Heather
thank you so much for your willingness to help another person feel ok. Being scared of something is one of the worst feelings ever! I will let you know how it goes in 3 weeks. Thank You and may God Bless you many times over again!
Just a quick note to say "Happy Valentines Day!" Hope this finds you doing well.
Just a quick note to say hi! Thanks I will do that.
Just a quick note to say hi! Thanks! I had my echo done in 2001,because my heart was fluttering. The docter did not tell me to get any more echos done. He said it was a birth defect that it was common. I still have a fluttering. I worry because my brother died of a massive heart attack 5 years ago. They said they could put me on beta-blockers If I wanted to, but I did not go on them. Thanks a lot for the Info and have a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Thank you for the reply! I'm having a good Xmas so far hope u are doing the same:)
Thank you so much Jerry_NJ it is good that you have managed to get over these side effects - dad has been taking these drugs now for 3 years and just getting worse. I really hope things go well for you on the next cardioversion (DC conversion is a type of cardioversion). Have a great Christmas and Thanks so much again.
thanks for replying.. could you also please tell me that could a person has ALS at the age of 25 .. even if he is underweight
Happy Thanksgiving! Just wanted to say I hope you have a great day and I feel thankful to have you on Medhelp.
Thank you for your input. I have had a lot checked out by the doctor and they keep saying that nothing is wrong. I would be okay with that if it had been going on forever, but this is a new thing.
Thank you for your considerate reply. My cardiologist worked out what the heart probs are, but not the migraines. My local GP said I could go on preventative migraine treatment but they are actually antidepressives. I am not that way inclined and the info suggests that they lower performance in the bedroom and we don't what that to happen. I'll have the migrains in preference.
Thanks, Jerry! I appreciate the comments. I'll have to ask my doctor what side of the heart my PVCs are from. (This forum is a little user-unfriendly - should be a "reply" button at the bottom of the post!). Hope you're doing well!
Just a quick note to say hi! Thanks for responding to my post. I was just diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse and moderate severe mr...It's helps to know I'm not alone......This site is a great source....Thanks again JaneAnn
Thank you for replying my question abt BP after taking BB. Wish you healthy and happy this weekend!
Thank you for everything! Thank's for your kind words and support.
Just a quick note to say hi! Hi, Jerry, how's everything going with you? I want you to read my two journal entries and tell me what you think. Ok?
Thank you for responding to my post!
Thanks Jerry - that post is ok to leave. I had left a post in the doctors section and didn't realize it started an overflow discussion.
Which post? sorry I'm confused.
Was it the one for the group I made? If so, I made a group and the icon was a baby rattle; not a heart and I couldn't change it so I asked for it to be deleted :)
If not, please let me know which post it was.
thank you for the reply. yeah i didnt think it was the shock, but i just assumed that because it all started happening to me right after that. Thanks again. ill let you know what the doctor says this time.
Thanks for reply i have noticed that after eating pasta and potatoes, cheese and chocolate that the pressure feeling and palps are more intense. So it may be that. Just had cardiac memo for 3 wks so hopefully it will show something.
Just a quick note to say hi! Thank you for responding.
Just a quick note to say hi! Jerry, I sympathize with you on a-fib. I've had it for about 12 years. Started with using diet pills and ephedrine products. I'm now on rhythmol 225mg three times a day, toprol xl and (coumadin for 6wks, so far no episodes of a-fib since I started coumadin). My Dr suggests an ablation with Dr Natale, whom I have an appt with in the fall, but I am reluctant to follow through. I think my a-fib might have a genetic component also because my mother died at 53 of a pulmonary embolism, and now my 16 yr old granddaughter is having irregular beats. Who knows. How did yours start? Are you taking coumadin? Do youthink there is a Vagus nerve connection? I also stopped taking ambien about the time I started coumadin. Did you undergo an ablation? I"d like to hear more.
thanks for your comment jerry!!!...its me perry...really i am experiencing this heart vibrations on night time for an hour or so....thanks again...jerry
Just a quick note to say hi!

Just a note to say hi, and hope you have a wonderful day today...God bless!
Just a quick note to say hi!
Thanks for the response and info.
I am constantly in A. Fib. heart is normal size for and ex-athlete. The electrophysiologist said a third ablation might work but he doesn't do 3 ablation on anyone.
Just a quick note to say hi and thanks so much for your reply to my post about chest pains. I am trying to follow your advice to remain calm. I really appreciate your taking the time to reply to my post. Hope you are feeling good today.
Just a quick note to say, "Hello Jerry" I don't want you to think that I have abandoned you or this forum...I am trying my best to visit when I feel up to it. The fast couple months have really knocked me for a loop. I had my cardio appt. on Thurs and have been on an emotional roller coaster since! I am now left to make a decision regarding a more aggressive approach for treatment, one that comes with no guarantees at reducing my symptoms...but, once I go through with it, there is no turning back. What's done is done...A bit difficult for me to swallow to say the least. I hope that you are well, and can't thank you enough for all you do here, on your own! :)))
Just wanted to thank you. My Pacemaker was "fine" as they said, i had it checked yesterday. Im beginning to think i have an awful virus... Anyway.. back to work todya. just wanted to say thanks for your response.
