Thank you for your input. I am still trying to navigate this website. Sorry for the duplicate.
Hi Jerry! I have been slowly trying to get myself back here...It looks like you've been a busy bee here:))) I have been trying to keep up with private messages that have been left in my inbox. As of 5 minutes ago, I replied to the very last one! Ahhh, I feel accomplished now:) Thank you for being so active here, more so with my absence. Well, I hope that you have a nice eve. and a very blessed Easter Sunday! God bless you! ~Adrienne
Jerry! Thank you for your thoughtful note. Yes, things aren't going as well as I had hoped with Tikosyn. I was back in Rapid Afib the very next day! There has not been 1 day since that my rhythm is anything but normal. My cardiologist &EP are pretty discouraged but want me to continue taking it in the hope that, maybe, it might work. I guess I'll do as i am told since my final option is ablating the AV-Node along with implant of the pacemaker. Haivng just turned 40 last Fri, I would like to avoid this if possible. I am trying to be as helpful as I can here, but do have days that I am just down and out. I'll keep you in the loop with any developments:)
i have been on them for 5 years....the original doctor who put me on them said that it was the medicine working but its gotten worse in last month or so....doctor i have know is just not willing it seems to discuss this at lenght?????

Just a quick note to say hi! Hello. My husband, Gerry, and by the way also in NJ also suffers from cardiac problems. We live in Monmouth County. Would you tell me where you live? I would like to have a conversation with you about your experience dealing with these issues. Thanks, Toni
Jerry...Thank you for your wishes:) and don't you worry, you're not going to loose me as Co-CL:)))
I have had it for a few months. The doctors say my heart is OK. Some say that it could be because of ibs and some say anxiety, but never any ideas on how to stop it.
Thank you for your suggestions and the link!
LoL, you have the first person that has ever noticed that. I had the Captain's first mate, get behind me out of the picture and pull the fin of the mahi mahi up so the fish would look bigger! hehe nice little trick eh? That fish was caught 3 miles off the coast of St. Lucia, in the West Indes.
Thanks for your response and for taking the time! I shall follow up on getting re-tested. And of course, these days, everyone is feeling increased stress! Wishing you well. Vickie
Just a quick note to say hi!
You and Brooke make a great team - you help so many people across such a wide range of problems.
I hope that you and your family have a wonderful holiday. Hope the New Year is good to you:)
Happy Holidays! Thank you for the response~! It was a cardiologist that was present during the test and wrote the report and sent her a copy. I have a printed copy of the report. What level did they finally decide to repair the valves??
Hello Jerry! Yes, I am under the care of a cardiologist. My monitor showed that I had an episode of ventricular tachycardia in the night...so now I am being sent to a specialist in heart rhythms...Thank you for responding to my post! Merry Christmas!
Thanks for getting back to me so soon...I do have to be careful what I take, because some decongestants, etc. make my heart beat too fast, and my blood pressure go up. Have a great day!
Thank you for your thoughtful sentiment regarding my brother John. It has been a long and painful month. The many prayers have given us the miracle we begged for and John the strength he needs to heal.
