Hey, you said that you have experienced paralysis when something came in your bedroom. I had the same experience but it got on the bed, and I could feel it's weight, and I mustered all the strength I had and turned towards it and commanded it to leave in the name of Jesus. And it was gone. I was wide awake, and frozen in fear. I believe it was an evil spirit trying to torment me.
If that ever happens again use the name of Jesus. And if you're not a christian then call out to Jesus for help.
