Thank you for your message....i need all the friends i can get right now, i'm now beginning to think that my xanax's are making me more and more depressed....how did u get off your xanax's? i'm scared too...before my best friend passed away i was taking the xanax only like once every 3 days, or even once or twice a week. that's was it. i've heard about going to detox and getting on suboxene...what do u think?

Hi, I just read one of your posts and you said your were on Xanax for some time. Im taking it for about 2 months at .25 4 times daily. How was your withdrawal. Was it hard in the beginning or did it get easier? Thanks for your help!!!
