Thanks for the reply. I've been looking up information on the net for Syndrome X and it appears to suit my symptoms, except for pain upon stress. I have it anytime and not more during stress. Same as before my stents were placed, just less pain. Are you really from Paris? I just went there last March.
You deserve a big bear hug! You are so helpful and knowledgeable. Why do you have so many bad days?Joan
PS:If you have access to Heart,Lung and Circulation Journal,2009:18:19-27, it is a great summary on Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction(Beltrame et al).
Great pic. I agree with Joanincarolina, your posts seem on the money. I'd also add that they seem more from experience than internet research. I work as what is called a navigator in a cadiac wing of a hospital, and I work with doctors and nurses to give both patients and loved ones hope as I've had a lot of cardiac procedures, and your comments seem from experience. Hope you stay on the board.
Hmmmm..great pic, name and 109! Let me know the secret to your longevity..good French red wine and ????. Seriously, I just started seeing your posts on the Heart Disease forum and find your comments to be accurate and well stated.Straight and to the point.Your recent post about variant angina is accurate-don't have to show enyzmes to have a problem.Good job! Joanincarolina-retired cardiac RN with MVD and cardiac spasm(variant angina).
Hello, I'm thinking that you are a doctor. Did you know that your profile says that you are 108 years old? :)
