gave up trying to quit smoking for now and is content pretending that smoking three and a half packs a day isn't quite the same as four packs a day. Pathetic really.

mark7703Don't be too tough on yourself, Stephanie. If you smoke, do so without feeling guilty. It can't do your health any good to feel the constant pressure of 'I ought to quit/cut down'. Enjoy it, maybe you will settle on a lower level once you fully embrace it
