aspen2 I'm participating in a project that is assessing how the ms community can successfully implement the new "Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines for Adults with Multiple Sclerosis."  It's a four month long project.

aspen2 I'm on day 3 of injections today and it's going well.  Bit of burning right after (and can't even feel the needle -- it's so tiny!).  I do have a small bump on the injection site from day 1 I'll keep an eye on.  Otherwise great, no side effects :).

cjtmn That is fantastic to hear! I don't know if you are doing the auto-inject or the syringe, but if the injection site problems become too bothersome, I have heard others say that the syringe is actually gentler (if you don't mind seeing the needle).Congrats!
