I'm 36 years old, and have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, hypothyroidism, and idiopathic hypersomnia. I have a preliminary mood disorder of dysthmia with episodes of major depression, but with some discussions of bipolar.

Doctor changed my sleep routine from sleeping as much as my body wanted to getting up at a fixed time everyday.
Absolutely no problems with my heart, arteries, or blood pressure.
Spent 6 hours in urgent care for chest pains. EKG and blood work said no heart problems though.
