O Canada is so beautiful, I lived in Pittsburgh during high school and we'd get over that border as often as we could. I think the Aust and Canadian sense of humour are similar. I'm now in Queensland, we just got over 10 years of drought with massive floods drowning most of the state.
Midnight shift huh? I thought finishing at 10pm was tough. How do you get stuff done? Do you find it hard to sleep?
I have 2 kids grades 3 and 6 and still haven't bounced back to pre-pregnancy fitness - might have something to do with weekend drinkies. It's about quality of life though isn't it? If you can't do/eat the things you enjoy every once in a while what is the point? So just decided to train extra hard. What gets you up training each day?

I find that after changing the tracker, it takes about 1 day for it to be reflected on the tracker.

On the top or your chart, you will find Actions, click that and then click settings. Yo can then change start date and end date along with start weight and end weight.
