Just a quick note to say hi! I am so happy for you. Yes, I also have HBP & Cholestrol issues but my numbers have been improved so much that my doctor is just monitoring me to make sure I don't go backwards. I have my Lab work and A1C plus LDL done July 12...can't wait. Congrats, HCG is a life saver.

Just a quick note to say hi! I have not done a mini steak day before but I have done an egg day. Normally to break a stall or if you ever have a gain...2 obiled eggs for breakfast, 2 boiled eggs for lunch and 2 scramble eggs or boiled for dinner. The next day provides great results and puts your protein back to where it should be. It is also 500 calories total.
