Did you try my method? If so did it relieve any of the swelling or deplete the area completely? If you still have it and still don't have any solutions please send me a message.

It looks like you are having an allergic reaction and until u go to the DR. u wont know...have u come in contact with any chemicals or absorbable dusting powder? either way its a rash/allergic reaction. U need to find put what it is then find cheaper (at home/organic remedies) ways to treat it.....

if it is use a piece of cotton and soak it in rubbing alcohol and tape it to the infected area for a few days. it will look like its getting worse but its killing it so its going to look worse.
