Just a quick note to say hi! How r u doing with ur anxiety? I get ur symptoms today i gelt like my heart was gonna stop then it started beeting kinda fast felt like i was gonna pass out i feel timgly in my head hot sensation through my head and face after that goes away then i get sweaty,shakey and nausious and make me wanna cry bad i take xnax i didnt want to but i hate these feeling i feel like ima die or something is wrong with me ive seen 2 doctors also gone to a hospital and nothing is wrong i got a ct scan of my head twice got blood work done got an ekg for my heart and im fine but i get so scared well i hope urs get better
