its 4am, and i am awake, again :-( i dont know what to do anymore, i force myself to stay in bed when i wake, and try and talk myself into going back to sleep but i lie there so long i have to get up to pee!!!! what i wouldnt give for a full nights sleep no waking no dreams no nightmares :-( sorry, just need to vent xxx

Thank you that means so much, my sleep has been really bad for two years since my mum died, my doc has put me on sleeper called zimovane 1-2 tabs each nite, might as well take sweets!!!
