"I have been taking lithium since last November and it has definitely helped, and like CrzyBeautiful says it is hard to remember to drink enough water at times. I wish all the best."
Feeling better today, maybe losing sleep helps? I also returned to 200 mg for Lamotrigine. Need to get a blood test on Friday.

You get me jibe about your name here - right? I mean the second plague of Egypt God sent hords (which MIGHT have added up to 2009 - you never know) of frogs upon them. Toads might be the same word in Hebrew.
