Hello DR Subir. I'am based at USA. My parents are visiting. My Mom is 64, diabetic(her BS is around 210-fasting), is taking Metformin to control the levels. Since past few days she is having small acne/turned into 'not so big' Boils, has had 2 of them followed by a stye on right eye. she had ofloxacin Ornidazole tab from back home and has started taking those. Could you please tell me if its safe to take this antibiotic or azithromycin is a better option. today i will take her to Dr, but would highly appreciate a response from you plz.(rajesh_2jh***@****).
