n that has control of my life presently. I attended the U of W for 15 years with a double major in crim and psych honours. I have only 2 classes to go to graduate and i was registered and began school in january but had to let it go along with everything else i was involved with due to this dark, heavy cloud that has descended upon me known as depression. How can i get rid of this???

Just a quick note to say hi! Yes I have facebook... How do I find you? I will look for you tomorrow... I just took something to sleep. It would be nice to talk to someone who understands. I have weaned down from about 8 a day to 2 so hopefully tomorrow wont be too bad. I have done this before a couple times and then had medication prescribed after surgery and I get hooked again... This time was worse as I had built up a tolerance and had to take more to get any feeling from it, whereas before I always stayed on less than 4 a day so I never let it get out of control. I also will start the thompson recipe of vitamins tomorrow to help feel better. How is your husband taking the news? My boyfriend kind of knows but not fully yet, too embarrassed.

Just a quick note to say hi! Thanks for the note. I appreciate knowing that someone in the similar situation is going through this. The medication helped keep me stay afloat after my husband and I bought a new house and he ran off with a 24 year old girl, got married, and moved out of town. I knew I was putting off pain then and would have to deal with it eventually, and I am more settled and stable now so I think I am ready to live life totally sober now... I hope... Tomorrow first day with nothing...
