hey, yeah, i have done this 14 times, unfortunately and am relapse queen. I have done AA NA and a few others. I am beginning cog. therapy and hope it helps. I went from 30-40 8 days ago to now 9.5!!! I feel okay, and am able to function, and am actually quite giddy tonight... It's going well, and much better than hoped. I will do this. God and I, anyway. Thanks for your concern! Amy

Totally get your posts. and your interests. I really hope you make it. I am weaning off 35 lortabs per day ...or lorcets...big green ones...down to 10 per day now and still detoxing. *****. ***** balls. anyway, take care and much luck.

I know what you are saying.. I am at odds with the whole thing. I KNOW I am an addict and need recovery support all the time, every day.. The only way I can do this is to work some kind of recovery program, but at the same time, I am fighting that every step of the way.. what once was 'just paryting like everyone else' now turns into 'Im an addict and will be for the rest of my life' I know its true, but its hard to swallow. You know.. it all or nothing I guess.. I admitted it a long time ago.. I just keep fooling myself is all.. Anyway - my taper is down to 1.5/day and stable.. just beginning not feel sick... So Monday Im going down to 1.. then its really just a security blanket that Ill have to give up..
