"When I had them bad I would drink 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 teaspoon honey in 8 oz of warm water and drink before bed. It actually works!

Took me a while, LOL. My brain is like a 78 RPM record playing at 33 RPM speed (if you are old enough to know how that sounds). If not, well, just think of how slow your speech might be if you took a triple dose of any sleeping pill.
