I have had autoimmune urticaria for over 9 years. I also have spells of angioedema. I have seen every specialist around. Just went to the Cleveland Clinic today - another brick wall. It seems like no matter where I turn nobody can help me. I have been on prednisone for
[More] the 9 years every day, along with all the other meds known to man even all the autoimmune suppressants. This is really affecting my life because like so many women I am trying to be a full time mom, wife, nurse, and try to manage my health. I am getting so frustrated, I'll try anything. Has anyone ever tried plasmapheresis or the drug cytoxan? I am spaced out all the time on all the antihistamines, 250mg doxepin, 500mg vistaril.6mg klonopin, way too much for me to handle, Is there anyone out there that can relate? I would love to hear from you-peace;)
