Just a quick note to say hi! Hey, as long as it works for him. I don't understand the external radiation bit. My doctors as well as my brothers believe in radiation only as a last resort. Time well tell and we can only hope for the best. Give him my regrads and best wishes for a speedy recovery. Mangee

Patty, I had an ablation 3 1/2 mths ago. Before then I had so many pvc's per min it caused my heart to develop damage.
Nothing I tried helped and process of elimination did nothing to alleviate them, possibly due to ARVD, which is genetic.
I do notice that adrenaline plays a major factor with me now after surgery - especially if I get irritated at something.
I've tried 4 meds/dosages now and nothing worked to help my HR/pvc's after surgery; so I may have to have another ablation.

Just a quick note to say hi! I know exactly how you feel,I went to the ER a year ago with this they gave me metoprolol and it helps a little, I cant function when these are going on ugggg, It's so scary! sometimes they go away for a while and then bam there goes the thumping again, Right now im having them they started a couple days before Thanksgiving and are still here, I hope they stop by christmas! Anyway goodluck to you and i hope you have many many pvc free days, just come here when they are bad, It helps me. Shawndrea
