long term no, not healthy, pretty butal too
4-5 days keep protein high 2g/ lb of body weight, for me about 350-400 g of protein
keep carbs below 100g
2 days back to normal carb intake 250g-300g
then 4-5 more of low carb
I'm doing this for only 2 weeks, working out is really hard when carb deprived, but I can feel it working, down 5% body fat in first week
