and reading booksim not a very confident person and im quite reserved.i dont have many friends just people i know,no close friends.my mum died nearly 2 years ago and the rest off my family went there seperate way so i dont see them.my dad has become a alcholic i tryrd to help him but he says he likes drinking so his word choose drink over his family.

Welcome to the site. I hope you feel it is as helpful as I have found. There are so many people here who are caring enough to reach out to lend their advice. They've been through the personal hells that all of us go through or eventually will when dumping our vices. Read the posts and be sure to write some yourself so that people who recognize your situation will see it. That's when the helpful words and concern will begin pouring in.
