hello. My son is 2 and he has the exact same symptons as your child. His oxygen level dropped to a 22 and was hospitalized for a week. He's been in and out of the hospital and doctors since birth. He had tubes put in his ears at the age of 11 mos. The tubes lasted 6 -10 mos and fell out. Now they want to put tubes in his ears again? He is on a nebolizer 4- times a day plus 7 different meds. I'm so worried because no one seems to know why? They have my son on singular and I don't notice a change in him? I'm continously at the doctors and in the hospital. If you find the answer to your question, I'm sure that it will help me.
