Just a quick note to say hi! I reread your profile and was very impressed by the fact you were a SPED TA for many years--that's wonderful! Did you ever assist with children with autism? Both my grandchildren are on the autism spectrum and have recieved some special services from their elementary schools. My oldest daughter is a mental health therapist and has several clients who are children with autism. I changed my profile somewhat to include "autism" as one of my intersts. My daughter also helped me put up a couple photos--one of me and one of my grandchildren. Also, I think it is wonderful that you havea an avid interest in helping animals--they have no voice. Just a quick note to say hi! I did not know that we were able to talk to other members, but I think that's a great idea to be able to support each other. I am not as computer literate as I would like--actually quite limited in what I can do, so if you get this, please let me know. I would be happy to have you as a friend and talk with you!
