You are in my thoughts and prayers.
I am Jewish. We read the Five Book of Moses in an annual cycle in the synagogue. Whenever we get to the end of one of the five Books, the Reader chants out loud and clear: "Be Strong, Be Strong, And We Shall Be Strengthened!" (In Hebrew, of course) And the congregation sings it back to him (or her, if it is a modern, liberal congregation) Basically, it's a reminder that we are a community, and in the struggles of this world together.
So that is my message to you in both your work, and in facing the docs:
"Be Strong, Be Strong, And We Shall Be Strengthened!" Because you have all of here on MedHelp behind you and With you.
Oh, and the Holy One, too.
Hope you feel better soon!
An ENT is a MEDICAL Specialist - "Ear, Nose and Throat" Nothing about allergies. May I make a suggestion?
All doctors are supervised by medical associations and government licensing agencies. If you feel you are getting sub-standard care from the doctor you have been assigned to, contact your local medical association or the government ministry that issues medical licenses and ask them if you are correct that you are getting care that is not up to standards. Be polite, but firm.
We were raised obey doctors blindly. We've learned a few things. Doctors are not G*d and make mistakes, so one has to take responsibility for one's own medical care. Also, Doctor's have to be responsible, and that there are groups that supervise them, Use those groups.
Hope you feel better soon!

Let me know if a neurological test or a balance test with a ENT who specializes in that shows anything,
It might be worth traveling to a balance clinic rather than rely on a local hearing doctor. People forget the size of New York City. It took me an hour by public transportation to get to the NY Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan from my home in the middle of Brooklyn! ;-)
