doing well. the anxiety is a little tough here and there, but I knew it wasn't going to just be perfect over night. Hope you stay on this path.

Good morn Chris my man! I just know this day is waiting for you to bring out the best in "it"! Hope you got some sleep and kept your "stinkin thinkin" at bay for a good while. Btw,...there are a ton of us here who have been successful without NA/AA so far......I'm one of them.....all of us have different reasons why the meetings don't work or are not the right fit. You just need to find the right kind of aftercare for you...doesn't always mean NA/AA...........maybe a good starting place is with your family physician .....he/she should give you multiple options for your journey hon. Be proactive today even if it's just one small thing going forward...lifting you up...((((8)))) hugs
