se work though I do my share with light stuff. I go a disable club were I do all sorts make friends have spiritual healing. help a blind friend to learn to touch and confidence and feel like things like crystals etc, and I enjoy reading poetry and art, which I have sold one at our exhibition.

Just a quick note to say hi! Im so sorry to hear you started off having a bad day. I hope as the day went on it got better for you. I completely understand though. I never know from day to day how I will wake up feeling. I am so thankful that today I have had one of the best days physically Ive had in a long time. Went grocery shopping and me and my son went out to eat at Applebys and it sure was nice. I sure hope you feel much better.
