I am gluten, soy, dairy free. Also just went Alcohol free for the last 7 weeks! I am focusing on repairing GUT! I take L gluta mine. My TPO"S have dropped over 300 points in the last 3 months. first time in two years! I am taking RESTORE for life to help heal the gut!

I am SURE you did the right thing! You will feel bad, but please don't feel guilty. New pups are good distractions, and I understand. Pumpkin was my comforter when I cried, the others are just disgusted, but they get me out of bed each day.
