I am feeling pretty good over all. Had a bad day again yesterday, but honestly have not had one like that since the first 2 weeks. Most days have been mostly good and a few great ones. Even in Emilys beginning journals, she writes where she had bad days after 30 days free. Isn't it funny how much it helps us to know we are not the ONLY one feeling this way! Hope and support. Really helps and gets us through. Day 32 today for me. Hope your pain could be reduced with other measures. Keep strong!
Oh my gosh- i did all kinds of things looking for pills. I recently did find a pill in my purse. I felt like it was poison and hated to even touch it. Flushed it. I have tried a few times to get off trams, most recently in May- took them for 10 yrs. I never made it past 2 weeks or so. But i have seen what damage the trams have done to my life. I really do have a hatred for them now that i never had before. Read my journals if you have time. I wrote a lot at first, just to get thru the day. You will feel up and down. Normal to have the crying jags. The emotional roller coaster goes on for 7 days, then it gets much better from there. You are almost there!! hang in there and don't give up! You will soon be back to you again!
