"would not hurt to see a doc but one time high bp's could be from pain or infection. have you had any sinus problems or possible sinus infection? hard to help with little info. i don't see where it says one time high bp."

Just a quick note to say hi!. My Doctor told me to stop taking Fosamax . It is an adverse reaction and he added that the bone building action is only good for the first couple of years.I also heard Dr. Oz say that drugs like Zantac can cause the problem when they are over used . Hope this helps.
