I was on .5 two times a day for the last year. I was on clonazapam for 6 years and weaned off slowly, but went back on a year ago.

"My own experience with Zoloft was pretty much the same. 50 mg for a year or more. I had to up it to 75 which by all accounts is a really low dose for zoloft. The highest I went was 100 mg which I believe is still a lower as you can go up..."
